Ethics Program Development: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive ethics program for MSAF. Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote ethical behavior, integrity, and compliance with laws and regulations. Ensure the ethics program aligns with the MSAF values, industry best practices, and applicable legal requirements.
Code of Conduct: Develop and maintain the MSAF code of conduct, ensuring it reflects the MSAF values and sets clear expectations for ethical behavior. Disseminate and educate MSAF employees on the code of conduct, providing guidance and clarification as needed.
Compliance Oversight: Oversee compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ethics and corporate governance. Regularly review and update compliance programs to reflect changes in legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
Investigation and Remediation: Lead or coordinate investigations into alleged ethics violations or misconduct. Work closely with relevant departments, such as HR, legal, and compliance, to conduct thorough and objective investigations. Develop appropriate remediation plans and actions based on investigation findings.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct periodic ethics risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas of concern. Develop strategies and programs to mitigate ethical risks, promote a culture of integrity, and enhance ethical decision-making across the organization. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote ethical practices, transparency, and accountability. Establish relationships with industry associations, regulatory bodies, and other organizations to stay informed about emerging ethical issues and best practices in MSAF.
