Senior Analyst – Account Setup (US Banking Business)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Account Setup team for the US Banking Business. The role involves handling end-to-end account setup processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in US banking processes, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of account management workflows.

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of account setup for US banking customers.
• Ensure compliance with US banking regulations, including KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.
• Verify and validate customer information, documentation, and account setup parameters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk, and customer service teams, to resolve account-related issues.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure 100% accuracy in account setup and customer onboarding.
• Maintain and update internal process documentation and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Handle escalations, identify process gaps, and work on corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior analysts in the team.
• Work on system enhancements and automation opportunities to streamline account setup procedures.
