SymphonyAI Financial Services is a global leader in innovative software for regulatory compliance, fraud and financial crime detection, investigation and reporting. As part of SymphonyAI, we provide financial crime, risk management, and fraud detection and prevention solutions across banking, financial markets, and insurance.
We are looking for experienced Solution Architect who will focus on the support, design and deployment of our Sensa-NetReveal product to a number of our key, high profile customers. This role will own and perform the analysis & design, and provide overall support to the engineering activities related to the delivery. The role will also play a key part in business development activities for existing accounts and new sales & strategic pursuits. The role will be involved in providing technical and consulting support and will need to have exposure and expertise in NetReveal product and solution offerings. methodologies and frameworks.
Job Description
What you will do:

Solution Architecture:Â Design end-to-end AI-driven solutions, leveraging cloud platforms, data pipelines, and machine learning frameworks tailored to client requirements. Ensure consistency with specified functional and non-functional requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement:Â Work closely with clients to understand business goals, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical architectures.

Forward Deployment Engineering:Â Lead the hands-on implementation and deployment of AI models, ensuring seamless integration with client systems and real-world environments.

Technical Leadership:Â Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and maintenance.

Responsible for providing direction and leadership to technical teams when targeting major opportunities and developing associated proposals. This will include being responsible for supporting key accounts whose commercial and financial needs require sophisticated, innovative and integrated business solutions.

Work with Business Development team to build technical patterns for common problems.

Own and manage technical and solution risks, continuously working to reduce and mitigate risks swiftly and practically.

Continuous Improvement:Â Stay up-to-date with emerging AI trends, tools, and deployment strategies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.

Oversee and assure the implementation of the design in collaboration with System and Software Designers.

Work with quality and test management functions to ensure that proposed test strategies and approaches are fit-for-purpose.

Work with Delivery Assurance functions to agree how the quality and progress of a given solution delivery should be tracked and act an expert resource to support interventions on projects where solution quality or progress has become an issue.
What We Are Looking For

A broad range of technical skills and knowledge of working on fincrime and regtech products as a solutions architect

10+ years in software application domain and 5+ years architecture / design experience

Strong problem solving and diagnostic skills

Demonstrates adaptability to change and a strong ability to learn new concepts quickly

Experience with API integration technologies such as REST and GraphQL

Experience big data technology such as Spark and Kafka

Experience in databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL

Hands-on experience with modern deployment tools (e.g., GitHub/GitHub Actions, Helm, Docker) and practices.

Hands-on experience with forward deployment engineering, including model operationalization (MLOps), CI/CD, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proficient with AI/ML frameworksÂ

Experience of working on Application Server such as JBOSS, Websphere, WidlFly.

Proven track record of successfully delivering AI-driven projects from concept to production.

Experience in Agile methodologies and fast-paced deployment cycles.
