The role
-
The key elements of this role focus on the build and rollout of a CofE program across the region.

You will act as a key advisor, supporting business leaders on a variety of compliance and commercial issues. Think high level support down to directing on the ground legal and compliance professionals both internally and external.

Technical areas include: AML, AB&C, Sanctions, Privacy, Competition.

You will deliver training to business leaders across the regions on critical frameworks that align with the overall global operation.

Playing an integral part in business growth and success with influence and oversight to functions such as litigation, risk management and compliance.
The requirements

7 - 14 PQE
-
Trained and qualified at a reputable law firm
-
Compliance background - essential, in an MNC - desirable
-
Technical experience covering all key compliance areas listed and exposure to regulatory requirements - desirable

Energetic, great communication skills and someone who values culture – all key attributes

High levels of influence and knowledge of the regions mentioned are seen as priority to success
