To identify, market and book new liability/transaction business accounts along with ensuring robust portfolio growth.

To work closely with other units in order to maximize cross sell opportunities.

To meet the financial targets.

To ensure that clients conform to the Bank’s compliance criteria.

To ensure that processes/controls are adhered as per the Bank’s guidelines.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Business Liability customers under their purview through low cost transactional money.

Grow the business by adding new business customers.

Handle service requirements of all clients under the team to ensure client expectations are met through coordination with respective service /Back office teams.

Ensure that clients conform to the bank’s compliance criteria. All SAS and Correspondent Bank queries are resolved in a timely manner as per department TAT.

Ensure that coordination with peers and support staff is effective.

To comply with both internal and regulatory requirements while on boarding clients

To provide and translate market feedback into product development and formulate innovative customer offerings.
