Context:
This role is part of the Compliance function within a large financial institution. It involves coordinating and proactively engaging with multiple teams to collect, analyze, and communicate information on compliance activities and potential risks, supporting both transformation initiatives and ongoing reporting needs.
Responsibilities:

Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of compliance transformation projects.

Maintain project documentation including timelines, meeting notes, action items, and status reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and ensure timely project delivery.

Prepare materials for steering committees and governance forums.

Assist in the collection, analysis, and compilation of data for compliance reporting.

Maintain reporting calendars, templates, and central document repositories.

Contribute to dashboards and executive summaries for senior management.

Liaise with business units to validate reporting inputs.

Participate in team meetings, cross-functional working groups, and committee support.

Draft communications to support change management and reporting awareness.
Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field preferred.

4–8 years of experience in project management, compliance, or risk-related roles within financial services.

Experience within
Compliance teams, within Capital Markets is mandatory

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial institutions is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, GRC) is a plus.
