As part of our strategic expansion across the MENA region, we are seeking an experienced and proactive
Onboarding Manager
to join our Abu Dhabi office.
Role Overview
As an Onboarding Manager, you will play a key role in managing onboarding and KYC processes for legal entities, individual clients, and counterparties. You will ensure full compliance with FSRA standards while delivering a seamless client onboarding experience from start to finish.
You will also support account opening with external partners — including banks, custodians, brokers, trading counterparties, and operational vendors — and coordinate completion of their KYC requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, review, and verify KYC/AML documentation for clients and counterparties.

Process onboarding through the TraderNet system, ensuring accurate data input and status tracking.

Handle incoming queries from clients regarding onboarding, documentation, and ongoing account activities.

Support lifecycle management including data updates, periodic reviews, form renewals, and offboarding.

Ensure correct processing of FATCA/CRS forms, including W‑8BEN and other relevant documents.

Complete KYC requirements from third‑party agents by preparing and providing required documentation.

Liaise with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Trading teams on onboarding cases.

Maintain audit‑ready client files and documentation logs.

Assist with client reporting and issue resolution.
Professional Competence Requirements

Minimum 2 years in a Regulated financial institution (ADGM/DIFC) – KYC/AML analysts, onboarding teams

Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and client classifications.

Experience onboarding legal entities and individuals within a regulated financial institution.

Experience managing account openings with banks, custodians, brokers, or trading counterparties.

Ability to review legal and identification documents with precision.

Familiarity with FSRA or similar regulatory frameworks (FCA/ESMA).

Understanding of FATCA/CRS obligations.
-
Attested degree and relevant certifications
