Our client is a leading securities firm currently seeking for an AML Projects professional with hands on AML systems experience and ideally Crypto/digital asset exposure.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and enhance AML systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead projects focused on AML strategy execution and optimization within the firm.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks related to money laundering and financial crimes.

Analyze AML compliance frameworks, making recommendations for improvements.
-
Stay updated on emerging trends in the cryptocurrency space and their implications for AML strategies.
-
Prepare and deliver training sessions on AML practices to staff members.
Qualifications:
-
5-7 years of experience in AML Systems/Projects, within the Global Markets or Crypto sector

Strong expertise in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, including regulatory challenges.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to execution.

Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
