Lead Business Analyst – GCP, BigQuery

We are seeking a
Lead Business Analyst
with expertise in GCP and BigQuery to drive business analysis and solution delivery for transaction monitoring initiatives in the banking and anti-financial crime domain.
 
Responsibilities

Act as a business functional analyst to define and deliver in-house functionalities for transaction monitoring

Map and document data fields and business analysis outcomes with precision

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and functional requirements
-
Support team members in understanding requirements and solution approaches
-
Present analysis findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders and project teams
-
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and ensure alignment with project goals
-
Ensure accurate documentation of BRD and FRD artifacts
-
Coordinate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
-
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication channels
-
Apply Agile methodologies to deliver project milestones within timelines

Requirements
-
10-15 years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering and stakeholder management
-
Background in banking, anti-financial crime or transaction monitoring domains
-
Knowledge of GCP, BigQuery and Oracle DB
-
Proficiency in SQL and Excel
-
Skills in Agile methodologies, BRD and FRD documentation
-
Expertise in Jira and Confluence tools
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Understanding of key AFC domain concepts such as Party, Entity, User, Product and Transaction
