Responsibilities
Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop a platform that provides world class KYC service that is compliant and able to provide best user experience and achieve best KYC conversion rateCreate and review Product Requirements Document (PRD) for easy tracking within the project groupEnsure the project is executed according to schedule to meet the deadlinesCommunicate with Engineers / Designers as well as internal stakeholders like Compliance and Risk to ensure the KYC flow offer the greatest value are prioritizedTrack and analyze key user metrics to solve issues and drive continuous improvementsConstant refinement on workflow design to ensure the platform is intuitive for seamless operation to optimize conversion rate in the designated marketsSupport the Regional/Global Heads and work with different stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of productArticulate new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholdersRequirements
5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferrably in the tech, fintech, finance or blockchain industryStrong experience with KYC processes is a significant advantageExpertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile frameworkExceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectivelyLogical thinker with a talent for identifying and articulating rationale, assumptions, and risksExcellent collaboration and communication skillsSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and results-driven environment.Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essentialJob application links are only visible to logged in users.
