As a Junior Investment Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team of more than 65 Investment Specialists. We support global Sales campaigns and work to increase customer satisfaction (NPS - Net Promoter Score).
You will receive structured training to develop your investment knowledge and expertise. As you learn more, you will start answering client questions about investment products such as turbos, futures, and options. You will provide product information within the scope of 'Execution Only' without giving advice to our clients. You will share insights and keep clients informed about current market events. You will build strong relationships, exceed client expectations, and expand your knowledge of the investment world.
What you will do:
- Help clients access information and use our platform; answer questions about investment products such as options, turbos, futures, and trading systems.
- Provide information about Saxo Bank products, such as Self-Investing and Autoinvest, and proactively offer them.
- Discuss investment opportunities with clients and inform them about current market events within the scope of 'Execution Only' without giving advice.
- Support clients in providing data related to KYC (Know Your Customer) and ODD (On-Going Due Diligence).
- Attend internal training and courses, such as DSI Securities Trader and DSI Integrity, to expand your knowledge and skills.
Your profile:
- Fluent in Dutch, so you can effectively assist our clients (CEFR/IELTS level C1 or higher).
- Organized, eager to learn, and good at multitasking.
- Enthusiastic about helping clients, with a curious and problem-solving attitude.
- Completed secondary education, such as MBO, junior college, lycée high school, A-levels, or secondary level 2.
- Affinity or interest in investing and financial markets.
