Head of Payments Operations
We are currently working with a fast-growing fintech infrastructure company that is building modern payment rails and financial technology solutions across multiple markets.
They are looking for a
Head of Payments Operations
to lead issuer and acquirer operations across multiple regions, covering authorisations, settlements, scheme relationships, fraud, disputes, and operational scaling.
Key expertise required:
•
Card Acquiring
– Proven hands-on experience managing merchant acquiring operations including authorisations, clearing, settlement flows, and reconciliation across Visa and Mastercard networks.

Merchant and Scheme Relationship Management
– Strong experience working with sponsor banks, payment processors, card schemes (Visa and Mastercard), and payment gateways to optimise transaction routing, reduce costs, and improve approval rates.

Chargeback Operations
– Demonstrated ownership of fraud monitoring, chargeback handling, dispute resolution workflows, and compliance with scheme rules and regulatory frameworks such as PCI-DSS and AML/KYC.

Up to 40,000 AED per month + benefits
