We’re expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented Fraud Prevention Analyst to join us! If you have a keen eye for detecting fraud, analyzing risk, and ensuring secure transactions, this is your chance to grow with Etech and make an impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and manage network-related fraud traffic to minimize risks.
• Support breach coordination, including assessing customer impact and legal/security hand-offs.
• Ensure data completeness, correctness, and concurrency for fraud detection and prevention.
• Detect, analyze, and authenticate fraudulent transactions in a card-not-present environment.
• Work closely with loss prevention teams to identify fraud trends and mitigation strategies.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify revenue recovery opportunities and system improvements for fraud prevention.
• Maintain compliance with fraud risk management policies and procedures.

What We Expect You to Have:

• 2+ years of experience in risk management.
• 1-year experience in analytics/data analysis.
• Experience in the eCommerce domain and geographical knowledge is preferred.
• Understanding of end-to-end reconciliation control processes for merchant operations.
• Strong analytical skills to identify fraud trends and revenue recovery opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Customer service (voice) experience is a plus.
• Process re-engineering and improvement knowledge.
• Chargeback knowledge and Salesforce experience are added advantages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and database reporting tools.
