Key Responsibilities
‍Design and implement fraud prevention policies, controls, and workflows.
Develop and maintain fraud detection rules, blacklists, and risk scoring mechanisms.
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify system vulnerabilities.
Collaborate closely with compliance, AML, engineering, product, and customer service teams.
Act as a point of escalation for fraud-related issues and provide expert guidance.
Investigate escalated or high-risk fraud cases and conduct thorough root cause analyses.
Document investigation findings and maintain detailed case records for audit and compliance purposes.

Requirement

Looking for Fraud Manager with experience in crypto and payment (ideally) with minimum of 6 years of experience.
