Planify Capital is a leading investment platform specializing in unlisted and pre-IPO companies. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Due Diligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in evaluating investment opportunities and supporting informed decision-making by conducting thorough assessments of financial statements, business models, and operational risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or accounting, with experience in financial analysis, audit, or transaction advisory services. You will play a key role in identifying red flags, validating financial data, and preparing due diligence reports for potential investments and partnerships.

‍Key Responsibilities

• Conduct background checks and risk assessments on entities and individuals.
• Analyse financial documents for irregularities, fraud, or compliance issues.
• Identify legal, reputational, and operational risks in transactions.
• Prepare detailed reports highlighting findings and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with anti-corruption, AML, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, compliance, and M&A advisors).
• Detect and prevent fraud through forensic tools and methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry-specific risks and regulations.
• Travel to meet the client's team and conduct in-depth discussions with its vendors and creditors to gather critical insights, and prepare comprehensive due diligence reports based on the findings.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Law (CA, CFA,
• Experience: 10+ years in forensic accounting, compliance, or financial due diligence.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in forensic tools, financial analysis, and data analytics.
