This is a remote position.

Job summary:

WK’s Financial Crime Associate main responsibilities are Transaction Monitoring (TM), SARs, Control Framework (CF), among others.

Job Location : India (Remote)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Transaction Monitoring (TM)

-Investigating and clearing hits on a daily basis from our current TM program.

-Suggesting improvements on better ways to do things

General

- Supporting the team in responding to queries from the business related to financial crime- Suggesting improvements and identifying knowledge gaps within the business- Assisting the HoFC in developing clear communication routes with Tenants on our expectations on financial crime matters- Applying Financial Crime policies and processes and recording detailed notes to aid with investigations.-Support with the identification of financial crime trends through data analysis.

Control Framework (CF)

- Supporting the new financial crime control framework and helping to embed it across the business.- Carrying out regular CF activity such as sampling.

Oversight

-Assisting the HoFC in the creation and development of an oversight framework for our ARs and carrying out regular oversight   activity.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS, EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

-Experience with the corresponding FCA rules.

- Experience working in the Financial Services Sector
