Ethics Monitoring & Testing Lead

eBay is seeking a Monitoring & Testing Lead to join our Ethics & Compliance team! This position will be based in Mumbai or Bengaluru, India. The role will report to the Senior Director, Global Head of Ethics & Compliance and lead the design and implementation of systems to monitor and enhance our ethics and global compliance program.

What You Will Accomplish

• Design and implement systems for continuous monitoring of compliance-related activities and identify appropriate remediation steps and reporting
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate relevant data to the Board of DIrectors and its Committees, senior management, and other key stakeholders
• Manage employee ethics survey including design/benchmarking, reporting, follow up action plan & materials
• Manage annual Conflicts of Interest Questionnaire process
• Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of high risk third parties
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with applicable requirements and timely implementation of recommended remediation
  

What You Will Bring

• 4+ years of experience in Ethics & Compliance or in a related control function such as Risk, Trust & Safety, Finance, Audit
• Proven hands-on analytics experience, preferably within a compliance or risk management context, including technical proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau; skills with SQL and scripting languages such as Python or R a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and practices
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively; proficiency in English is required
• Bachelor’s degree
