Senior Manager of Due Diligence

The Senior Manager of Due Diligence will be responsible for leading senior investigators who conduct complex investigations, including but not limited to, special research projects, international reports, and reports with heavy narrative content or executive summaries. This role will guarantee company policies and industry guidelines are being followed. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring KPIs are met, and all qualitative and quantitative measures are followed to ensure client satisfaction.   

What you'll be doing

  • Confirm deliverables are completed and successfully submitted to the QC team daily  
  • Manage case assignments and reassignments   
  • Coordinate with global contractors and vendors   
  • Perform and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly productivity reports   
  • Ensure accuracy ratios and production quotas for team members are met   
  • Make enhancements to templates and relative resources/SOPs, as needed  
  • Coordinate with investigative lead(s) to ensure any additional investigative resources and new policies are fully implemented and being exercised   
  • Ensure optimal team member retention through excellent management by holding regular meetings with team members and discussing career pathing and opportunities for growth  
  • Complete special case assignments and assist with QC as needed   
  • Keep abreast of available international resources and databases and incorporate where possible   
  • Act as a resource for the client relations and the sales teams in proposal writing, proposal delivery and client communication   
  • Train investigators, as needed, and provide writing guidance and coaching  
  • Attend meetings with leadership team, as needed 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of experience in due diligence research and investigations, with a preference for international experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of due diligence databases such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, CLEAR, and TLO.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, fast-moving initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
