The Compliance team supports the business with developing and releasing cutting-edge features for millions of customers around the world.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise our product GM's and department heads on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence. Be warned, this is a very hands-on role.

What you'll be doing

• Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD
• Offering commercial solutions to compliance problem statements
• Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance
• Leading the charge in steering our cryptoassets products through the complex regulatory landscape
• Ensuring every cryptoasset product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
• Identifying potential compliance risks in our cryptoassets offerings
• Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge policies that drive business growth and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Empowering product teams with knowledge, training, and tools to make compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
• Serving as the go-to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our cryptoassets products shine in audits
• Setting new standards in regulatory reporting and engagement

What you'll need

• Experience in top-tier investment banking/PE, strategy consulting, fast growing technology company, or cryptoassets exchange  
• An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
• A degree from a top-tier university
• A track record of outstanding achievement in several different areas
• A STEM or another highly quantitative degree
• Highly adaptable skills for working in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
