Position Summary:
As a Corporate Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and advancing the company’s Corporate Compliance Program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, ethical standards, and company policies impacting the medical device industry. This role will manage compliance initiatives related to healthcare laws, anti-corruption, fraud and abuse prevention, data protection, transparency reporting, third-party due diligence, and employee training. The Corporate Compliance Manager will partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Commercial leadership including Sales and Marketing to promote a culture of ethical conduct and accountability throughout the organization.
Main Responsibilities:

Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Corporate Compliance Program.

Maintain and strengthen compliance policies, procedures, internal controls, and governance processes.

Conduct compliance risk assessments and support development of annual compliance workplans.

Perform monitoring and auditing activities related to commercial activities, including interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and business operations.

Identify compliance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and track remediation progress and metrics.

Prepare compliance reports to track compliance metrics, trends, and remediation progress to be share with senior leadership and governance committee.

Develop and deliver compliance training programs and communication plans for employees, contractors, and leadership (e.g. Code of Conduct refresher, annual certification, etc.).

Manage intake, tirage, and support investigation of reported compliance concerns.

Provide compliance guidance and oversight for HCP engagement, sponsorship, grants, consulting arrangements, promotional activities, and related payments.

Support third-party compliance due diligence processes of distributors, agents, consultants, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with transparency reporting requirements (e.g., Sunshine Act / Open Payments, as applicable) and data protection requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR where applicable).
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal Studies, Compliance, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Corporate Compliance, Ethics & Compliance, Legal compliance, or risk management within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.

Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance laws and industry standards (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Sunshine Act/Open Payments, FCPA/anti-corruption principles).

Experience developing and delivering compliance training and communications.

Experience supporting investigations, documentation, and remediation plans.

Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:

Compliance certification such as CHC (Certified in Healthcare Compliance) or CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional).

Experience with third-party due diligence tools and compliance case management systems.

Familiarity with privacy regulations such as HIPAA and/or GDPR.

Experience working with global compliance programs and international distributor networks
