Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the
construction of the exchange's compliance system (from 0 to 1)
. Focus on developing sub-sites and websites from 0 to 1 for regulated jurisdictions. Ensure that regulatory requirements (such as KYC, AML, Sanctions, Regional Access, Travel Rule, etc.) are translated into executable product logic and system solutions, and embed multi-jurisdictional differentiated functions during development.

Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to translate relevant regulations and policies into system requirements, and convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications to cover all regulatory scenarios.

Design and optimize user identity verification (KYC / KYB) and anti-money laundering (AML) processes, interface with third-party service providers, ensure the accuracy of authentication experience and compliance. Meanwhile, customize website functions for regulated jurisdictions, including IP geo-fencing, access control, and localized interfaces.

Formulate user-visible/usable logic and geographic rule configurations to support compliance operation requirements in different countries and regions, and implement differentiated access and access control in websites/sub-sites.

Optimize compliance processes related to funds, covering key links such as deposit, withdrawal, transfer, freezing and unfreezing, to ensure asset security and compliance traceability.

Identify abnormal user behavior in conversion paths through data-driven methods, and work with risk control and legal departments to formulate prevention and control strategies; use
data insight and small-scale experiments (such as A/B testing)
to continuously optimize compliance processes.

Track global regulatory trends, continuously assess and implement product-side compliance improvements; participate in cross-functional collaboration to ensure the platform provides first-class compliance services, and lead the iteration and maintenance of licensed entity sub-sites/websites.

Support qualitative research and competitor analysis of compliance processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Assist in maintaining compliance-related product roadmaps and functional iteration plans.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Computer Science or related fields is preferred;
more than 5 years of experience in exchange compliance and risk control product management
(those with 3-4 years of experience need proven project leadership experience); experience in website/sub-site development is preferred, especially project leadership capability in regulated jurisdiction environments, with proven records demonstrating the ability to lead project development.

Familiar with KYC/AML processes and related policies, including Sanctions, Travel Rule and multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements; experience in collaborating with legal, risk control, and operation teams to implement compliance systems; proficient in translating regulations into system requirements and formulating functional and technical specifications to cover multiple regulatory scenarios.

Possess strong data analysis and logical abstraction capabilities, and be able to translate regulatory requirements into highly executable product solutions.

Understand user experience (UX) and data privacy requirements, and be able to balance compliance and experience when designing processes.

Have a certain understanding or interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain and Web3 industry, possess continuous learning ability and compliance risk awareness. Familiarity with website development processes of regulated entities and blockchain analysis tools (such as Chainalysis) is preferred.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Fluent in Chinese and English (oral and written) is preferred; holding product management related certifications (such as CSPO, CSM or PMP) is also considered an advantage.
