Compliance Manager (Crypto Exchange/ Licensing)

We are hiring for one of our crypto exchange clients.
Responsibilities

Responsible for license applications, implementation, and ongoing maintenance in major global jurisdictions.

Lead or participate in from-scratch license strategy and rollout projects.

Liaise with regulatory authorities, including submission of materials and responding to inquiries.

Monitor regulatory policies and provide compliance advice and risk alerts to the business.

Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, risk, product, and other teams to drive compliance implementation.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above.

1–3 years of compliance/license experience in crypto exchanges or fintech.

Successful license implementation experience in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Seychelles, India, UK, Bermuda, or MiCA (EU) — preferably with experience in multiple regions.

Proven experience in major license implementations and from-scratch (0 to1) projects.

Experience in regulatory engagement, negotiations, and communication; familiar with processes and common challenges.

Proficient in English as a working language.

Knowledge of the crypto industry ecosystem and regulatory trends.

Strong communication skills, project management abilities, and self-motivation.
