About the team

Our Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams ensure we're doing business the right way. They help us balance a healthy risk appetite, so we're empowered to expand our horizons.

As a member of our CDD Operational Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in designing, delivering and managing effective change programs related to customer due diligence. This position will work closely with the wider business to ensure that our initiatives are clearly broadcasted, managed succinctly and  deployed successfully.

What you’ll own

  • Develop and implement change management frameworks that compliment Worldpays and the CDD delivery teams transformation initiatives
  • Conduct accurate impact assessments to evaluate how regulatory updates, technology upgrades, process enhancements and project rollouts will affect the CDD department alongside other cross departmental stakeholders
  • Create and manage clear success metrics to track progress ensuring the effective adoption of new CDD processes and systems within the CDD operation and the wider Worldpay Environment
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT teams, to drive alignment on CDD-related changes
  • Develop and manage clear communication channels to ensure transparency and clarity on changes affecting the Enterprise CDD department and the wider business
  • Support the rollout of new CDD tools, automation solutions, and regulatory policy updates working closely with the CDD advisory and quality teams.
  • Work closely with data, product, and technology teams to ensure system integrations and process changes align with compliance requirements and Worldpays risk appetite.
  • Identify operational and compliance risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with audit teams to ensure succinct communications and tracking of upcoming or outstanding items.
  • Monitor and report on change adoption rates, key performance indicators (KPIs), and employee feedback.
  • Drive continuous improvement by gathering lessons learned from previous change initiatives and applying best practices to future CDD projects.

What you bring

  • Strong understanding of Customer Due Diligence (CDD), KYC, AML regulations, and financial crime risk management.
  • Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, APMG, Kotter’s Change Model) and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Certifications are a bonus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently engage 3rd parties and explain complex concepts.
  • Experience managing large-scale change programs within payments, financial services, banking or a similar regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of CDD technology platforms and automation tools currently used in the industry including AI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compliance, Finance, Organizational Change or a related field.
  • A demonstrable understanding of legal/regulatory requirements surrounding Customer Due Diligence, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FCA, FATF, FinCEN, EU AML Directives)
