BSA Compliance Manager

Location: Remote (India)JobType: full-timeA fast-growing fintech startup is seeking an experienced and proactive BSA/AML Compliance Manager to lead its enterprise-wide financial crime program. As the designated BSA Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring full compliance with FFIEC Manual and FinCEN regulations while supporting the delivery of secure, seamless financial products.This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a world-class compliance framework in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage a risk-based BSA/AML and sanctions compliance program, covering CIP/KYC, CDD/EDD, SAR/CTR, transaction monitoring, screening, and model tuning.
• Lead day-to-day alert investigations and SAR/CTR filings; act as the primary point of contact for regulators, banking partners, and auditors.
• Oversee independent testing, audits, and board reporting; ensure timely remediation of findings.
• Develop and deliver role-specific compliance training and foster a strong compliance culture through measurable KPIs and reporting.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in BSA/AML compliance, including leadership responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of FFIEC BSA/AML Manual, FinCEN guidance, and regulatory expectations.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS or CRCM are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with AML platforms such as Actimize, Verafin, or similar; familiarity with data analytics.
