Maybank Investment Banking has been in Asia for 40 years and provides services in corporate finance, investment banking, debt markets, equity capital markets, derivatives, retail and institutional securities broking and research.
Responsibilities

Support customer service daily operation, include clients’ application of account opening, account maintenance, Customer Due Diligence “CDD” periodic review and client profile system information update, etc.

Conduct completeness check of clients’ documentation as per application, such as account application forms, tax self-certification forms and ID&V documents

Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner

Perform client KYC and AML checking due to new client onboarding and CDD periodic review in accordance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirement

Handle and update against system generated ongoing name screening results of existing clients

Liaise and work with internal stakeholders for daily operation and some ad hoc tasks

Handle HKSFC required annual assessment and notification such as professional investor status

Assist on customer service internal operation procedure update
Requirements
-
Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
-
Holder of SFC type 1 and type 2 licenses would be an advantage

Positive attitude and self-motivated with good communication skills

Good team player and customer-oriented

Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin

At least 3 years of industry experience is preferred

General knowledge of KYC/CDD documentation requirement of individual and corporate

Senior role will be considered as per experience and knowledge of candidate
