Job Responsibilities / Job Brief

Handle license applications, regulatory filings and reports (HK and US)

Conduct monitoring and surveillance of trading activities to detect and prevent market abuse, insider trading and other violations
-
Investigate and resolve alerts generated by trade surveillance systems, and escalate any potential issues to the appropriate stakeholders

Work on regional projects including system UAT, new investment models discussion, or system development

Conduct or assist with ad-hoc inspections and regulatory requests
Requirements

University graduate with major in Business, Finance, Law or Computer Science;

At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in compliance function

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

High attention to details

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines

Proactive in identifying risks and proposing solutions. Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite Excel, Bloomberg, Python

Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Japanese is a plus.
