Job Description:
• Facilitate Embark training and onboarding
• Provide feedback to new employees on AML workflows
• Serve as a mentor/coach to Trainers joining the team
• Provide one on one coaching to new employees
• Provide assessments of Embark performance and comprehension to the L+D Manager
• Provide recommendations for individualised training as deemed appropriate
• Work closely with Managed Services to identify knowledge and skill gaps
• Collaborate with other departments to provide tailored training support to specific projects or teams
• Development and delivery of continuing education courses
• Oversee and engage those in between project assignments on the Ready For Allocation (RFA) team
• Work closely with L+D leadership on strategic initiatives
• Recommend training strategies to enhance the overall program and trainee comprehension
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of AML experience or relevant training experience
- Ability to communicate effectively across different departments and regions
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor
- Deep understanding of the AML industry
