‍About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high caliber professional to join Citco’s AML/CDD Team in Hyderabad, India. The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for our two investor AML outsource locations of Hyderabad and Manilla. The AML/CDD SVP, in conjunction with the global AML Management Team, is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the AML/CDD Teams in these locations and the AML control framework within which the firm should operate. This role requires strong leadership, comprehensive regulatory knowledge and an appreciation of operational best practice.

‍Key Tasks And Responsibilities

• You will demonstrate an ability to take on a multi-faceted role, leading and managing AML/CDD teams in two locations in the delivery of a high-quality service to our clients.
• You will coach, develop and provide guidance to VPs and wider team while creating an environment that motivates, rewards, and supports the team.
• You will successfully drive the execution of our offshore AML service strategy.
• You will play a key part in global and local initiatives interacting with other Citco global AML offices.
• You will communicate Citco’s organizational vision and goals to teams in addition to reviewing department goals within department.
• You will provide oversight to VPs ensuring day-to-day operations are completed accurately, timely and mitigate against risk.
• You will support the teams to ensure projects are scoped, planned and optimally executed.
• You will encourage teams to be proactive in identifying potential issues and escalated where appropriate.
• You will maintain a thorough understanding of Citco systems and remain apprised of regulations across multiple jurisdictions (incl but not limited to Cayman, EU, U.S.).
• You will develop strong working relationships with lead office counterparts.
• You will interact directly with AML senior business management in a decision-making capacity.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• 10+ years AML related work experience in a financial services institution, preferably Funds Industry.
• Superior knowledge of AML risk management framework.
• AML Regulations of jurisdictions Cayman, EU and U.S.
• Superior knowledge of Strategic Operations Management.
• Understanding of the Transfer Agency business and client servicing.
• Knowledge of regulations impacting the financial services
• Compliance or other relevant qualification an advantage
• Demonstrated leadership experience coupled with superior communication skills.
