AML Compliance Manager (Fraud Risk Advisory Section) - Financial Crime Compliance

Position Summary
Assisting in handling fraud and AML/CFT ongoing monitoring compliance function for the Bank including fraud risk assessment, anti-fraud control evaluation, development and enhancement of anti-fraud control, products assessment, advisory support and reporting to and liaison with regulators.

Responsibilities

Assist in enterprise-level fraud risk assessment and management framework, policy and strategy

Conduct independent fraud risk management analysis and recommend mitigating action to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Assess and evaluate anti-fraud control implemented by the Bank

Conduct process and system reviews for the potential enhancement

Assist the Department Head / Section Head in streamlining operation procedures with reference to the respective policy and guidelines

Coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of control and enhancement

Assist in regulatory reporting on fraud related matters and liaison with different departments

Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
-
Minimum 4 years’ working experience in financial services industry, preferably from the banking industry in handling fraud and/or anti-money laundering function

ACAMS or HKIB qualification (e.g. AAMLP) under the ECF on AML/CFT would be an advantage but not a must
-
Proficient in MS Office

Excellent communication skills

Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
